For years, Codefi has taught rural Missourians to code through our nationally recognized full-stack web development program called Code Labs. The model worked very well. But the world moved on. After training more than 600 adults and introducing 4,000+ youth to programming since 2014, we’ve learned something simple:

Why Missouri. Why now.

Our mission hasn’t changed: give rural Missourians access to the same opportunities as anyone else. The tools just got sharper. We’ve worked in Cape Girardeau, Western Kentucky, Springfield, Joplin, and across 47 counties. And now, through the Show-Me Network, we’re statewide. When you can build in days instead of months, compete with billion-dollar companies using the same tools, and do it without a CS degree, the playing field levels. What matters is who learns to use the tools first.

Our mission is the same

Eleven years ago, we opened our doors in Cape Girardeau to eliminate skills and opportunity gaps for people outside major metros. Since then, we’ve supported startups that raised significant capital, trained hundreds of adults, and taught thousands of youth. Prompt to Product and our other AI training programs are the next chapter in that same mission.

The world shifted. We’re shifting with it—staying true to outcomes, not methods.
