But, we've gotta have it, and since you're here, we at Codefi want to be as transparent as possible regarding the information collected by this website (https://www.codefiworks.com/). Contact Form

Codefi uses a contact form provided by Wufoo at the bottom of most pages of the Codefi website, where users submit the following:

  • Name
  • Phone Number
  • Email address
  • A message

Wufoo will share this information with Codefi per the terms of their service and privacy policy. Codefi will use the information provided to respond to any questions or comments left in the message. If we're feeling conscientious and our memory is good, we may also send other resources to the email address provided, if we think the resources would be helpful or otherwise worthwhile to a particular party. However, this is the extent to which this information will be used, and it will not be shared with any other parties without the expressed consent of the information provider.

Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

The Codefi website uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to collect tracking and reporting information on our website traffic. This information is used solely to analyze from where and when the website receives traffic, and how we can adjust our marketing efforts to improve traffic. No personally identifiable information is collected by Google Analytics, and this information will not be shared with any other parties. However, if you do not wish for your data to be used by Google Analytics, we recommend using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

Proximity

Codefi uses Proximity to manage membership information and payments. If signing up for a membership online, users will submit the following information:

  • Personal details (name, email address, etc.)
  • Contact Details (Address, company website, etc.)
  • Billing information

Codefi uses this information to manage user memberships. Codefi may also use select portions of the submitted info in marketing messaging, such as company names and logos. This information-sharing is not intended to be objectionable or have any negative impact on members. Furthermore, no sensitive information, such as billing or personal contact information, will be shared with any other parties.

Code Labs

Codefi uses a contact form provided by Wufoo to collect information on applicants to the Code Labs Full-Stack Web Development Software Training Program. By completing the application, users submit the following:

  • Personal details (name, email address, etc.)
  • Contact Details (Address, phone number, etc.)
  • Basic demographic information
  • Answers to additional questions about previous experience, and reasons for taking the course.

Codefi uses this information to manage applicant information, select applicants for the course, and provide applicants with helpful information. This information and data is not sold, transferred, or shared with any third party. All personal information collected is for grant reporting purposes only, and is only reported in aggregate.

Codefi also used a Facebook Pixel in conjunction with its Code Labs application to track actions taken on the Codefi website to measure and optimize application submissions, and understand the behavior of users who visit the website.

West Kentucky Innovation Challenge

Codefi uses a contact form provided by Wufoo to collect information on applicants to the West Kentucky Innovation Challenge. By completing the application, users submit the following:

  • Personal details (name, email address, etc.)
  • Contact Details (Address, phone number, etc.)
  • Answers to questions about the innovation problem applicants are trying to solve.

Codefi uses this information to manage applicant information, determine if applicants are eligible for the competition and to evaluate the problems applicants are attempting to solve, applicants' knowledge and experience dealing with the problem, and whether the solution is feasible and marketable.

Codefi also used a Facebook Pixel in conjunction with its West Kentucky Innovation Challenge application to track actions taken on the Codefi website to measure and optimize application submissions, and understand the behavior of users who visit the website.

Codefi uses cookies to assist in information collection. Cookies are small files that are transferred to your computer's hard drive through your Web browser (if you allow) and enables sites or service provider systems to recognize your browser, capture and remember certain anonymous information.
